The Onga sand filter is made from UV stabilized high density polyethylene. Incorporated with the Sta-rite multi-port valve and under drain lateral system make these filters ideal for small to large domestic pools.

- The multi port valve has a 2 year warranty and the tank a 10 year replacement warranty.
- The multi-port valve is the most reliable valve we have seen.
- Some brands are cheaper than the Pantera but have to replace the multi-port valve after three to five years. ( Not so cheap then.) If the valve leaks then the pump can start without water and can burn out the pump parts causing problems.
