We are warranty service agents for onga/pentair products.  All you need to do is provide receipt and date of purchase and we will do the rest.

Leisure Time Pool Pumps

  • 2 year warranty.
  • 1st year – all parts and labour on site
  • 2nd year – parts only ( labour charge to complete repairs is $88)

Onga SilentFlo Pool Pumps

  • 3 year warranty.
  • 1st year – all parts and labour on site
  • 2nd & 3rd year – parts only (labour charge to complete repairs is $88)

Intelliflo pump

  • 5 year warranty / 2 year commercial application
  • 2 year labour cover
Brisbane Pool Pumps

Sand Filters

  • Models: P21,P25,P31
  • 10 year warranty on tank – 0-5 years 100% replacement value, 5-10 years 50% replacement value
  • 1 year labour cover
  • Multiport valve and laterals covered for 1 year only
  • If you are needing a sand change or would like to replace sand with glass beads. This would be charged according to size of the filter.

Chlorinators

  • Models: SM 25, SM 35
  • 2 year warranty on power pack
  • Nil cover for labour
  • If you have a problem with a onga/pentair product. Check your date of purchase to determine if under warranty. If you product is under warranty please contact us and we can do the rest
